Excellent product knowledge, and they know how manage telcos and all of the idiosyncrasies of that domain. Their knowledge of Shoretel gear is first rate. It's so rare to find a company that gets both the technical and the business side of things. Dave Clark CEO MindSource“

Nick of Peninsula POS took the time to patiently and clearly explain their highly recommended POS system. Since we are a cafe, he is an expert in what cafes really need without being pushy. His Customer Service is what closes the deal. He truly understands what a restaurant needs and explains the operation of the software at your level - customized to our specific food service. A pizzeria (with all the options for a pizza) has different needs than a casual cafe. It's been over a year, and Nick has kept his watchful eye over us and helped us grow with the system, making updates as needed. He takes you from start to finish in setting up the right computer setup, with quality components; proper backup; software training; and, telling us that we don't need to spend the extra money on something that can be successfully accomplished with a lower priced piece of equipment. Nick also advises on the EDC which is required to run credit cards through the POS software and the Merchant Services that are compatible. We are food people - not IT people - and trust me, TAKE THIS ADVICE, that many have previously advised us on: get the Service Contract. It is reasonably priced and should be a MUST. We appreciate Nick's many years of software, food service, accounting experience and personality skills and would recommend him again and again.“
“My Lenovo ThinkCentre got trashed when I downloaded and ran an update from Lenovo. TCG were able to recover only some of my data on disk, but fortunately I had backed up most of the important stuff on Dropbox. We were deep into the COVID-19 quarantine (August 2020) and they were working with a skeleton crew. Despite all the various problems, they were able to get my machine running again. It took a few weeks, but I attribute that mostly to the impediments caused by the virus shutdown. Tris went the extra mile, and he gets lots of credit for upholding The Computer Guys' excellent reputation. I would definitely use them again if I had to. All things considered, the price was reasonable.“
