Clean. On-time. Polite. Careful. Good listeners. Miguel did a terrific job with our 60 lb golden doodle. And exactly the kind of cut we wanted. Also - the dog was calm when we picked him up -- a sure sign that he had been handled well.
Im a recent new client of groomingdales and I absolutely loved it there. The staff are all super kind and sweet they treat your fur babies as one of their own so I highly recommend there services. My baby came home super happy and they even managed to cut her nails which I've always had a hard time doing. Definitely take ur pets here!!! They made her first grooming experience very well.
They are so professional and nice at Groomingdales! If there is a scheduling issue, they find an alternative. Especially want to praise Bianca. She is so kind to the dogs and obviously just likes dogs! She finds the good in each one.
