Certain stylists are great here- and my review is not a reflection on them. Many Drybars, including this location, are poorly managed. The communication is not reliable, and their scheduling system is horrible. Being honest, not all blowouts are equal. So when you find a stylist you like, you want to stick with them. However, there is no way to choose your stylist when you schedule on their website. Rarely does anyone answer the phone. Rarely do they have a receptionist working. The stylists doing hair are expected to answer calls- which obviously does not work. So the ONLY way to schedule with a specific stylist is to drive there and book in person- unacceptable in 2024!!... read full review

I've always wanted to splurge on myself a bit at Drybar but just haven't had the opportunity. I was invited here for a corporate event and ended up having a fantastic experience. When you arrive, you get checked in and shortly after, your stylist will come and greet you and bring you to the hair wash station in the back. I liked that my stylist asked me if it was ok to double wash my hair and if my preference was for her to condition my entire head or just the ends. She then brought me back to her station, where there was a catalogue of different blowouts to choose from. I decided to go with the cosmo-tai, which is a mix of textured hair with curls. If you have an event - BOOK WITH LIKE WAAAAAY TOO MUCH TIME to spare because they will be late. Always always they are running late- which gets me given the nature of the dry bar you’d think that they would realize most of us on are schedule for events etc. the stylists do always seem great and I love my hair and dry bar products- but the receptionists are always less than helpful and if you are booking so that everyone is running late, then that’s an issue with your management. I support let feed for customers- but where is a discount or apology or anything from dry bar to try and make up for THEIR lateness? I’ve head the horror stories... read full review
