Chris and his team replaced my roof in 2012. It was a challenging project due to the steep slope of the roof. They tore off the original shakes from the 1960s, added foam insulation, and then the standing seam metal roof. The crew was great to work worth and I have been very happy with the beautiful and long lasting roof. The added insulation has made a big difference in comfort and energy bills. Custom Copper and Sheet Metal Roofing did a great job on our house and greatly enhanced the look of the house. However, their true value was proven during a once in 50 year storm last weekend. We had a small leak because of sustained 60 mph winds and rain. Some water was blown under an overhang and it got through. Within two hours on a Sunday, during the storm, they came out to fix it. Management followed up two days later to check on the work in person. Chris came to give us an opinion on our copper roof. He was very professional and matter of fact about the current state of our roof and what our options were.
