My Lenovo ThinkCentre got trashed when I downloaded and ran an update from Lenovo. TCG were able to recover only some of my data on disk, but fortunately I had backed up most of the important stuff on Dropbox. We were deep into the COVID-19 quarantine (August 2020) and they were working with a skeleton crew. Despite all the various problems, they were able to get my machine running again. It took a few weeks, but I attribute that mostly to the impediments caused by the virus shutdown. Tris went the extra mile, and he gets lots of credit for upholding The Computer Guys' excellent reputation. I would definitely use them again if I had to. All things considered, the price was reasonable.

With a choice of 3 SF area Lenovo commercial laptop warranty repair options, I sure am glad I gave The Computer Guys a call. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and competent. Got my computer back in working order without having to ship it to Lenovo for a week or more. Plus it is just down the road from It's It, so you can get a working computer and an ice cream sando!
