My elderly mother decided to sell her home and wanted the entire process to be convenient and trouble-free. Having heard about the services of bluebird inspections, I went to them to try to accomplish that goal. They responded to the request quickly so that we can move forward with the home sale speedily. They then came to the appointment as scheduled and early. The inspector was very respectful during the whole process making sure that my mother was comfortable with all that he had to do to complete the inspection work. They did such a great job in the inspection process that we didn't think twice about hiring them for some of the work required to facilitate the sale. Whether it was the termite fumigation or the simple construction work, the work was done with the same level of quality and responsiveness.
