Since 1986, Apex Driving School has provided driver training and educational services for all novice and experienced drivers, including persons with physical disabilities and other medical concerns. The Instructor: Derrick P Scott is a California licensed instructor and a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and Ambassador/member with the Association of Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (ADED). During Derrick's 30 + years of teaching, he has helped people learn or relearn to drive under the following circumstances: post stroke, TBI, MS, MD, CP, ADHD, ADD, Autism/Asperger's, SCI, Dementia, Parkinson's, Deafness, and a wide array of Vision/Visual impairments. The training vehicle is equipped with low-tech adaptive devices.
