“Mike came out to give me a quote on some window replacements and ended up turning it down due to requirements mandated by the historical zoning. He was kind and knowledgeable enough to stick around to give me a detailed explanation on some difficulties I will run into.

I've had more than 5 other contractors come out and give me pricing. Not one measured the depth, which Mike demonstrated will cause major issues.
