“This place is conveniently located very close to my office. I'd driven past a million times and had been wanting to give it a try. I'm so happy I did. I was looking for a wash, trim, blow-out, style. No BS kinda place, got everything done in less than an hour. My hair is naturally very frizzy / dry while also currently bleached. Maria was very knowledgeable about her products to give it a silky finish. She explained each product as she was using it. The blow-out and styling has been much higher quality and longer lasting than what I received at Drybar in Burbank (at a significantly lower, reasonable price). Moral of the story: stick to the OG, local hair salons over the fancy pants chain salons. I will definitely be back! Thanks Maria!“

Before I found her, I tried a lot of the other nail salons in Burbank/Glendale but was never totally happy with my nails. From the first time I saw Van, I knew I had found my nail girl!!!! Not only is she such a pleasure to spend time with, but she actually knows how to properly put on and take off dip powder. I always get compliments on my nails and they are actually stronger and healthier than ever now. She is also super accommodating with scheduling around my busy work schedule - she really tries to always make it work for her clients!!! It’s usually just Van at the salon, so it’s super low-key and relaxing and you get very one on one service. Van never rushes and always makes sure it’s perfect and that you’re happy with your nails! “I've lived a few blocks from Krimson for about 10 years. I'm super leery about going into hair salons due to costs and I always feel like they never listen to me. I've cut my own hair at home my entire life. I'm 46.

I walked in to talk with someone and I immediately felt welcome. I asked about a perm and Holly came out. She asked numerous questions and asked for pictures of what I was looking for. They set me up for an appointment that next weekend. Holly again asked what I was looking for and they did such an excellent job.

The prices are good. They take excellent care of you and come back to check if everything is going good and if you're comfortable. Holly never make feel as if I was taking up seat time. The last salon I went to in Burbank really made me feel like they were waiting for the next client.

I will continue to go here. I feel like everyone there likes what they do and wanted to meet my expectations. They didn't try and push hair products in me (even though they have a wonderful selection.)

Basically, I didn't like I was a sale. I was a person.
