We had a doctor sign my grandmother up for in home nursing and assistance, using this company. I have had nothing but issues and headaches dealing with them. They do not pay attention to schedules and if they are to be late do not mention it at all. I call the main office to figure out the issues and I get people telling me they will follow up and get back to me. Which they never do, it always requires me calling back to double check usually with no result.
