I've been to this store twice now, and each time was a fantastic experience. The staff know exactly what they're doing, and the service is so fast. My warranty expired, and they advised me it would be cheaper to reinstate the warranty for a year, then I was able to get a couple of things fixed at once for far less than the repairs would have cost.Cannot recommend them enough, your computer is in safe hands with these guys!

I had an outstanding experience with this store! Their professionalism was top-notch, and they quickly resolved my laptop issues in less than a week. The staff was easy-going and pleasant to deal with. What's even more impressive is that they didn't charge me a single penny for the repair since it was covered under warranty. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of laptop repairs.

I came here to have my laptop screen repaired. The service was great and they were good about making sure they understood my problem and also made sure they had parts before they had me come in. It was really reasonably priced also.The building is adjacent to the Burbank Airport runway so you can see planes taking off and landing - that's fun for the low, low price of free!
