My grandpas house sustained a lot of water damage due to a pipe leak in the kitchen. Raffi and his crew came out to provide support during a tough time and Berenice was very well at communicating all the steps throughout the insurance process. Excellent company to work with!
Our commercial property sustained major damages due to a tree falling on the roof. Tri-tech restoration came out to assess the damages and handled the job A-Z. They were in consistent communication with the insurance and got the plans and permits completed as quickly as possible. Their transparency and helpfulness made the most stressful situation much better. I will definitely be using them again.
During the rainy season, my family and I experienced a leaky roof which ended up damaging the walls and ceilings of our dining room. Tri-tech restoration was quick to come out and mitigate the damages that were a result of the leak. Their work was clean and organized. They even did all the repairs afterwards. Manny, Raffi, and their whole crew were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and communication was great! I cannot recommend them enough.
