We had used "Let them Choose" option to send Thanks giving gifts to our clients. One of our clients chose "Sea of Galilee Fruit & Red Wine Kosher Gift Basket". The feedback we got from the client was "the fruit is rotten i wanted to tell you so you can let the company know". We promptly write back to our Account Executive (We had no contact no.) As if sending rotten fruits was not enough, they took 2 days to respond to our email. Our Account Executive's only response to the email was "I'm adding our customer service team who are the right people you can reach out to and who will help with a replacement". We have yet to receive any reply from customer service. There are no phone nos on their website where we could talk to somebody. Extremely disappointing. Please do not waste your money on this website.
