Couldn’t originally find the spot because the name on the outside doesn’t match the name showing up on Google Maps or even the mall directory.
The lady who did my brows was super kind and did a great job!
Was a little sketched out though to find they don’t have an option to tip the threader when I paid with a card. And wasn’t given an option to tip over Venmo; only cash.
Also I was pushed heavily to purchase a gift card, even when I asked to just pay for the service. Ended up buying a gift card just so I could leave.

Normally I love this place but this last visit was very frustrating. I came in at 10am like their hours day and waited 15 mins and it never opened. I came back later that day and it was very busy which was fine and every had to sign in. A girl walked in and the person doing brows took her right away. I asked if they take appointments and was told no so I was very confused how the girl got to skip the line after I had been waiting for 30 mins already and my turn was next.

Service was sub par.. I asked for my brows threaded and the person doing them was more concerned with adding powder to fill them in instead of threading and arching like I asked. They did not not come out to my liking at all. Sorry, I won't be returning.
