I am so grateful to have found Rock Star Dance Fitness! I wandered into this gem of a studio and found my new fitness home. The variety of classes includes dance and fitness (Cardio, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Salsa, Zumba, Afro-Caribbean, Ballet, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Kids Classes) - new offerings are always being added! The dance studio houses a non-profit academy, RS Confidence, to support dancers, their personal growth and technical training. Actively participating in cultural events, the studio maintains family-friendly values and brings joy to movement. If you haven't tried a class yet - you're missing out!

I signed up for a monthly membership after my 2nd class. Trina, the owner and key instructor of the Afro-Caribbean Grooves class which brought me to the studio, is an amazing teacher with an amazing spirit. I've been away from dance so long that I am whatever is the height of "rusty." I'm hard on myself, but Trina has a special gift about her that allows you to feel the things, but will still motivate you to come out of that funk and get back to work. Means so much to me. I will tell everyone I can about this studio because I absolutely love it. It's a fun, safe haven outside the competitive industry in which I work. Classes are the most affordable I've seen for the area. Come get your groove on and live!
