First time in this studio and I enjoyed it. Instructor gave good instructions and she recommended modifications for the newbies, but it was a challenging class for us non-newbies. MANY reformers in this studio. Not too many people that day so it was easy to have space among ourselves. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot.

The absolute best workout in all of LA!! The facility is beautiful and the classes kick your butt every single time. Fernanda is absolutely AMAZING. She makes the class challenging while still fun and light-hearted! She is also so wonderful with ensuring that everyone is safe and in good form. I seriously cannot recommend her class and this studio enough!

4 stars only because I'm not sure this is my thing and it was a little stale smelling in there. It's kind of like Pilates if Peloton did it. I didn't see a lot about form or core engagement - it's definitely primarily cardio. But I don't expect they advertise it differently. I may go back in addition to Pilates elsewhere. It was pretty fun and most importantly the instructor didn't have the attitude a lot do - she actually helped men with my form and checked with me after class. That's a good business practice that too many schools don't understand, which you can see in my review history.
