Pet Boarding Training near Burbank

“Adelita is quite amazing. My husband and I have both had dogs all of our lives. We never felt the need for assistance from a trainer....that is until just recently when we adopted two senior terrier mixes through a rescue in Northern California. They are incredibly lovable and extremely energetic for their ages ( 11yr & 9yr). They're strongly bonded and display considerable separation anxiety. It's obvious they've been through some challenging times. They are also highly reactive and barky, particularly around other dogs.
We did a series of five private sessions with Adelita. Right from the start, it was clear that she connected with our dogs. With her patient and positive direction they have markedly improved.
They've even permitted themselves time to be around her dog Brian. (He's a gem!!)
They are currently calmer and more confident. We're hopeful that with a bit of continuing work they'll find even more of a tolerant comfort zone for some other dogs.

“We have two chihuahua mix rescues who have both benefited greatly from their training with Alexandra. One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“

So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them.

I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa.
She has come such a long way.

“I took my dog Pharaoh to Yael and IPet after a terrible car accident. The previous surgeon said that Pharaoh would have to have her leg amputated. “Diane is the BEST trainer in the world! She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. She is a dream and if you are considering scheduling a lesson with her don't hesitate b/c you won't regret it!!! “Jessica has been taking care of Lucky for a little over 2 years. Trusting someone to Care for my furry son when I'm away can be nerve wracking because you just never know nowadays. I'm so thankful for Jessica because she makes me extremely comfortable with her check in's. When Lucky see's Jessica he shows no sign of rejection and opens up to her immediately which is very important to me. I would never go with another dog sitter and I'm thankful I met Jessica. I travel often for work and pleasure so having a trusted dog sitter helps. If you are local I highly recommend using them for services even if it's just a walk and I promise you will not be disappointed.“

“Oliver used to go to doggy daycare and sleep ALL DAY. Now he gets picked up and goes for a hike with various buddies - and I get a picture as proof. He's always grinning like a fool, as are his friends. He's clearly having a blast. Aly is the BEST and he adores her (I've seen them together) and she is good enough to get the prickles and foxtails off him after the hike. Then he's wiped out for the rest of the day. Can't say enough good things about them.“

“The location is easy to locate, the owner/caretaker was nice. This location is a private home, the owner stated they have a pool, but I can’t remember if she said the pets swim or not. She also stated that they have fleas in the yard outside, so make sure your pet has their flea medicine before booking.“
