Very good experience. Had trouble with my achilles they got me doing stretches and strength building and it seems to be a good direction. The pain is less most days, it’s a work in progress!!
Cannot sing the praises any louder for the staff at PerformaX. I interviewed six PT facilities for rehab on my total knee replacement in June. I knew immediately PerformaX was to be my rehab home for the next few months. Everyone is fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and exhibits great care. This was my first experience with Physical Therapy as well. I had very painful bursitis in both hips that kept me from sleeping at night or finding any way to get comfortable. Alex and his team worked their magic on me, and after six weeks the bursitis was gone. The team was caring and attentive and genuinely happy to help me and see my progress. I want to thank Alex, Anna, Jeremy and Andrew for your guidance and care; it was a great experience and I will recommend your services anytime! All the best to you All.
