Janaka did a fantastic job at managing our single-family home in Burbank. Prior to renting to tenants, he gave us a list of items to fix and provided affordable quotes for those items. He then advertised our home and quickly found reliable tenants within a month. His team is amazing too. We get monthly statements showing rental income and expenses. When we get service requests, they are accompanied by quotes for repair costs. Renting to tenants is a breeze with Janaka! We were so pleased with his services as a property manager that we asked for his help with selling our house and got a fair price. If we did not need to sell, we would have continued having him manage our property. We are so fortunate to find Janaka with his glowing Yelp reviews. He provides excellent full-service property management at an affordable price. I rarely post reviews but I know finding high quality property management company is difficult. Hopefully, my review will help someone.

I own two buildings that Perch Properties has been managing for over two years, and I am very satisfied with there services.The staff and the owner, Janaka have a tremendous amount of knowledge about leasing/renting and maintaining my properties.Customer Service is really great!!I highly recommend Perch Properties!!

I have two buildings that Perch Properties has managed for over two years, and I am happy with how competent and knowledgeable they are about leasing and maintaining my properties. Whenever I call or need help, someone is always available. Customer Support is over the top. I highly recommend Perch Properties as a management company. You will not be disappointed.
