Worse service ever. The doctor is ok but the front desk personnel are horrible. They made fun of my daughter because she was afraid of shots. They took weeks to give my daughter a referral even though I had received it but they never sent it to the hospital.

Worst experience--here is why. I contacted Olive Health Medical Group back in April in order to make an appointment with my doctor for the first time (Dr. Ayvazyan Vladimir). They stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not have an opening until June 20th. I decided to wait...come June I received an email from Olive Health medical Group re: reminding me of my appointment with Dr. Kirakosyan. I contacted them thinking they just made a mistake and put the wrong dr's name. Person who is in charge of phone calls/appointment (Ani) stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not be able to see me, dr.
