If it were just for David Royer and his genius being behind Mojave Audio I would rate them 5 stars. If it were just for the quality of their microphones and fact that they sound as good if not better than half my collection costing 5x more I would rate them 5 stars. If it were just their expertise, skill, and the workmanship they put into their craft I would rate them 5 stars. What's most rare about Mojave in this industry is that they made me feel like fam and handled biz with the highest level of integrity, communication and care. There ain't enough stars for this recommendation :) I am proud to own several of their mics as well as a few custom David Royer modded mics....read full review

When I was researching a good condenser microphone for our studio, and I researched a ton! I finally decided on the Mojave MA 300. I could not be more happier with a microphone. It is outstanding on male & female vocals and I have used it on tracking acoustic guitars, fiddle, sax and concertina. Outstanding!

From Mojave Audio

A Mojave condenser microphone’s journey begins and ends in Burbank, CA. US made Jensen transformers and NOS (new old stock) tubes are shipped offshore and mated to capsules and bodies, according to microphone designer David Royer’s specifications. All Mojave microphones are constructed with respect to Royer’s unprecedented research and attention to electronic design and quality. After assembly, they are shipped back to Burbank for extensive QC inspections. Prior to packaging, every mic is burned in for 24 hours and personally listened to by Royer's.
