Nick V. made sure we were carefully cared for through the rain this year. Whenever we had a problem I gave. Nick V. a call and he took care of it. There was parts of the Job that I wish went smoother, but I have been in construction, I understand construction sites. But no matter what at the end of the day. I just called Nick V. and he will fix it. Knowing that he works for Modern Roofing if you need a new roof you're in good hands and Modern Roofing does a really good job.

When we discovered a leak in our stucco overhang, we immediately started looking for someone to help us determine the issue. Modern Roofing was the first company to respond. We were dreading the process, knowing that many roofing companies seem to "disappear" after repairs. Rome and George came out to inspect the damage and quickly discovered our leak issue was indeed caused from a major roof issue! They were able to show us what exactly the problem was.
