Went in because I cut my hand and needed sutures. I was seen quickly and was in and out in no time. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, it's rare having a good experience at a medical office but today made having to be there not so bad :)

This entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in the receptionist was so helpful. The doctor and his team that did my blood pressure etc. they were just wonderful answered all my questions. I would definitely give this urgent care clinic a five star review

The reviews for this place get worse and worse. I highly recommend you go to the Sherman Oaks Mend vs this one. A lot of the doctors here are very old school and don't care about your pain or comfort level. They don't care about your preferences, and they cut you off in conversation even when there's no other patients in the office. Most of the nurses are doing their best and are very sweet to make up for their stubborn doctors that do the bare minimum. Many times they don't read your charts before talking to you. Technically as an urgent care they don't have a responsibility for your long-term wellness like a primary care does, and they exercise... read full review
