Excellent experience when needing new floors in our old house. We chose engineered wood floors though M&M Custom flooring in Burbank. The owner Mike McMillan took the time to help with our decision. Then he stayed close to the job and met frequently with Obet, his foreman, and his crew, all of whom have been with Mike for at least 10 years. Early on it became obvious, especially in an older home, many on the job decisions have to be made literally on a daily basis. These guys are miracle workers. They took left over prefinished hardwood flooring and replaced all my scratched pieces. You cannot even tell where they did this. Nice guys and cleaned up completely when finished. Truly artists!

M&M Flooring was wonderful to work with all around; communication was great, they weren't pushy, fair price, finished the job in a timely manner. But most importantly, they did an amazing job refinishing our 70 year old worn out wood floors! They truly look like new. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them!
