TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the guy that came to help me was kind and fast but told me there would be no damage to the lock. The next day I couldn’t open my door because guess what? Damaged lock. I called the company and they told me that they couldn’t help me at all because there was no evidence that this guy had said what he said. How convenient… thanks for the amazing customer experience. ??

Great experience called today and they were able to come within 30 minutes to my house. I needed my front door re keyed and did not expect same day service.I the gentleman came and re keyed the door within 30 minutes. The price was also reasonable and I received 6 copies of keys. Will definitely refer my friends and family.
