John from NumberA-1 Plumbing saved the day, big time!!! Our water heater all of a sudden broke down Friday night. It just so happened that our old tank was not a conventional type that was readily available. John made the drive out to Pomona to pick up the correct type. Literally went the extra mile. He worked tirelessly until the job was finished. We are thankful for his hard work and glad to have our hot water back in no time. Thank you!!

Great customer service for no actual service!! The bottom of my water heater got flooded this past heavy rain. I googled possible causes for the noise and it didn't sound good. I messaged Hotline Plumbing to get a quote for a noisy water heater. I spoke to Giovanni who gave me a very reasonable quote to come out. But he went beyond my expectations. Instead of making easy money with a house call, Giovanni gave me advice on what the problem was and explained how I could fix it myself.
