Fast service, kind staff and great advice. Got an X-ray, diagnosis and treatment within 1 hr. Unfortunately had to go to the hospital anyway but it was a great experience for my Mom

I've received very professional and courteous help over the years at Burbank Urgent Care. Living in Burbank gives me a few Urgent Care facility choices, but I've always been very happy here when I've needed their services. Recently, after a serious bicycling accident my wife and I were in need of brain CT scans and the staff was able to arrange for that in the same building the very next morning. Our interaction with our consulting PA, Melissa was fantastic. She was professional, caring and went above and beyond to be helpful in seeing to our needs and concerns! Dr. Lee can be proud of his staff!

Dr Lee took his time and ran test for me to help me with the pain I was going through at the time !! I appreciate it , however the front office ladies were a little dry about answering questions the only reason I'm going it a 4star
