Happy and Relaxed

Happy and Relaxed is a relaxation center focused on helping individuals reduce stress and achieve deep relaxation through programs that reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. Founded by Neyda Carballo-Ricardo, N.D., the center offers services such as foot detox, hot stone massage, Reiki, and facials. One customer, stressed and anxious, tried the foot detox and hot stone massage and found it to be a great experience. The masseuse listened to their concerns and adjusted the massage accordingly, leading to a positive outcome and a desire to return. Another customer brought their mom and sister for a Reiki session and received a facial while waiting. The facialist, Donna, was helpful with product recommendations and listened to the customer's concerns about sensitive skin. The customer was pleased with the results, noting healthy, glowing, and bright skin. A third customer visited after recovering from Covid but still experiencing sciatic nerve issues. They tried various massage options, including deep massage and cupping, which had a significant impact.
