Love this location! The front desk is so welcoming! And Cassidy is hands down the absolute best! She makes you feel comfortable, she is very knowledgeable is all services! I was nervous to get my eyebrows tinted and Cassidy did an amazing job! So many compliments! ❤️

Carolina is a ‘technician wax expert’ (title she deserves) at European Wax Center in Burbank, CA. I was to have the eyebrow tint and lip/ chin wax services. I am 80 years old and my brows are thin with a lot of white hairs. Carolina was upfront and honest with me and suggested that I should reconsider tinting my eyebrows. Reason - the color would not be noticeable and my skin would be tinted. She suggested that I just use a pencil to color my eyebrows. It was totally my decision. I agreed and Caroline did a fantastic job of waxing (to shape) and 2 pencil shades (to color) my eyebrows. Kudos to her.

I have been going to the Burbank location for 3+ years now and Carolina has always taken really great care of me. She tends to my skin’s sensitivity and makes me feel comfortable. So grateful for her!
