My heater has been broken for about 2 weeks and I've been hesitant to get it fixed because my business will be doing a remodel in 3 months. The technician came out and figured it was an issue with thermostat and not the HVAC unit. I was so relieved since they were able to replace it for a good price. One week later, a DIFFERENT issue came up. I told them the problem and they were able to send a technician that day to fix it no charge. I'm surprised about the few negative reviews because they have been nothing but exceptional to work with, even during COVID! I will definitely be using them for all my air conditioning/heating needs.

Our repairman was Sergio and he did a great job! I had called a few places before Certified Services and they were already quoting high prices without even seeing what the problem was. Sergio was honest and the repair was not a costly one. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to keep them as my regular air repair company.

The best heating and AC company around. I've used other's and they don't come close to the service that I recieved from Certified Services. Wouldn't use any other.
