BreLuxe Beauty is a wedding hair and makeup service that strives to understand and accommodate the individual needs and wants of each client. The owner, Tara, is easy to work with, professional, and provides excellent customer service. She was able to understand the reviewer's request for a natural, elevated look and ensured that the hair and makeup artists, Gina and Jill, were aware of this as well. Gina and Jill were described as amazing to work with and great at understanding and fulfilling the reviewer's requests. They arrived on time, were gracious to other members of the wedding party, and stayed on schedule throughout the day. Jill even provided a quick "dapper service" to help the reviewer's husband look and feel his best. The hair and makeup held up throughout the entire night and the reviewer felt beautiful, elegant, and natural on her big day. The reviewer was so pleased with the service that she would not hesitate to use BreLuxe again in the future. However, the reviewer had some issues with the hair and makeup trial process. She ended up being unhappy with the initial trial and had to set up a second trial with Tara's help. There were still some issues with the second trial, but the reviewer was able to discuss and agree on changes for the actual wedding day. On the day of the wedding, the hair and makeup team arrived on time and was able to complete the hair and makeup for the reviewer and her bridesmaids in a timely manner. However, the reviewer had to bring her own foundation as the airbrush and color were not right during the second trial. She also had to remind the hair stylist of the size of the curling iron barrel as she did not remember. Despite these issues, the reviewer received many compliments on her hair and makeup and was happy with the overall outcome. However, she feels that she may be overly critical of herself and that her hair and makeup did not "wow" her as she feels it should have.
