The technician came out and took a look at some thing that I have going on, which is super old and kind of a Mickey Mouse construction. He was kind enough to explain to me what I need to do which is to replace the whole unit and he didn’t charge me for the consultation, or try to sell me any parts. I appreciate that. It was fast and very informative for me.

Alex arrived just an hour after I called, right when he said he’d be there. He quickly identified the problem with our refrigerator and made the repair using a part he already had with him. The service was excellent and I’d definitely call BIG H & A again.
