I run the kitchen at a local chocolate company. We have an unusual piece of machinery used in confectionary work called a Firemixer that most companies I called told me they couldn't work with. It stopped functioning last week which stopped our production completely. I called another repair company I found here first. They came out to asses the situation but couldn't come back to do the repairs until multiple days later. This wasn't acceptable as we had deadlines to hit. I got four words for you. Kitchenaid stand mixer repair. I was searching high and low through LA for a place to get my stand mixer repaired. The motor was running, but the beater would not turn. Pro tip: dont overload your mixer, it will break a gear. Vladimir and the A \\u0026 E crew came through in spades. Had it diagnosed and repaired within a week, and reasonable price too. I highly recommend going here if you have a similar issue with your kitchenaid stand mixer. Also, they're looking to expand some repair services, so give them a call, they might be able to fix your expensive equipment.
Vladimir and the staff here are amazing . They went above and beyond to help me with my meat slicer at a much better rate then I can find anywhere else, they are very responsive and always get back to me in a timely manner. Will definitely be back because these guys are simply the best.
