Staff was a bit pushy and rude at closing time 10 minutes before. Security lady was super sweet and helpful when I approached her for help, since cashier was busy. 3 stars security lady was sweet and helpful.
I see a lot of negative reviews and I think you guys need to keep in mind that Ulta employees are severely underpaid. The cashiers/BA's are making minimum wage and only get 4 hour shifts. You do the math and figure out how much they make in a day after taxes....Not enough for you to expect anything more than below average, bare minimum service. I have to be honest and say that. Still, I can't give this store a decent review because of the salon. I repeat, DO NOT GET A SERVICE AT THIS ULTA SALON. After I came here once I learned Ulta salons are famous for being terrible. I got a service from the "master stylist" and I got wrecked. I'm not too hard to please. Wouldn't have been such a big deal if she didn't scam me by charging me for a service I didn't get. Who throws in "partial highlight" while ringing up a haircut? Um the master stylist at this location. If you don't agree with Ulta's prices then don't work for Ulta...you can't just make up your own. Ringing a service as something else just tomake an extra buck is fraud. I used to do my own trims (for reference I have short Mexican hair) and turned out way better than what the master stylist here did. The craziest part is she said she's been working there for 7 years yet made a rookie mistake and gave me an uneven cut. Weird
Honestly the ladies at the register are amazing.Ulta in other hand needs to improve on clarifications of their offers , every time I go to the store and look up a product that says it includes a gift, ( I understand that they have limited )when I purchase at store they say oh is “only on line “ then I buy it on line and pick up in store and they say oh is online and shipped to your house , ok so it needs to be clear on the description .Over all Ulta is soooo cheap ! , Sephora is a lot better honestly they usually offer samples and they also are really clear on their gift policy . Like honestly I have spend thousands of dollars at Ulta to be begging for a gift ? is...read full review
