It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. He was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. The process was smooth and even when unforeseen issues came up he addressed them right away. We are very grateful we found NDC. We highly recommend them.
