“Been going here for the past 2 years and even recommended them to my sisters and friends. They have been great... but they can't seem to keep nurses here. I'd build relationships with one, and then they're gone. I absolutely love NP Jackie and now I found out she's gone too. There's no continuity of care which means you always have to explain how you prefer things. They also changed the consultant recently and the last time I was there had to go to the room trying to upsell me with things I didn't want. I think the business owners need to invest more on the clinical side (injectors) instead of the consultants. If you have good nurses/PA's, your customers will keep coming back. It's either they're not taking care of their nurses or they are getting pushed out. So many nurses have left including one that was been there for a while that's good with fillers. Please keep your injectors happy and please bring NP Jackie back!“
