Mind you, Kay sold my house within a month after list in October of 2023 during the highest interest rates and the market was in a stand still, nobody was buying! She found the perfect buyer anyway! I decided to sell my house and first went to Opendoor got a price offer, I then searched Yelp who the best realtor in OC, after a thorough research of all realtors, Kay was #1 on the list. Upon the meeting, she was just so knowledgeable and very honest by NOT upselling her services and hesitant in giving me a price right away how much we can sell for, but rather she will run comps first and will make sure to give you a fair market value price but yet still top dollar.
