I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation. Ricardo came to assess our floor, gave us an honest answer to all our questions and explained in detail what would need to be done to correct the issues throughout the house.
