Dave Donatelli is a joke. My HOA had him come out to do WATER DAMAGE work with another company he apparently owns, Donatelli's Service. They don't have a Yelp but I sure took a pic of his pest company truck he arrived in, which lead me here. This review is strictly for the unreal behavior of Dave Donatelli. I have a huge leak in my unit and his guy comes out Sun morning to set up fans. Dave calls to tell me he'll be there Tues morning to assess what's going on. He also brags about his "amazing" website which is as much of a joke as he is and is some stock website builder from the early 2000s. This should have been my first clue something... read full review

Reliable and fast. These folks are personable and honest and their rates are always way below other contractors. Can’t say enough great things about their crews that I’ve worked with.

I would not recommend this company based on the customer service that I have received from them (please note I did not receive any work from them so I cannot attest to the quality of what they do). My real estate company contacted them for an estimate during the process of us closing escrow in which they provided a thorough estimate with very fair pricing. Now that our escrow officially closed I contacted them 3 times in order to try to schedule the job for a future date. The first two times I called I was told I would be contacted back with no avail. The 3rd time I called (which was my last an final attempt) I was rudely informed that they had bigger jobs (HOAs) that... read full review
