“Joe Medina was excellent to work with. We had cracking in the ceiling of our home and doors that were getting more difficult to close. We were concerned that our foundation had issues. Joe came out and provided a very thorough review of our foundation and told us that there may be some settling due to last winter's rain but that our house was still safe to live in. He did not see any foundation issues and did not try to upsell us on their company's services. If we have any future issues, we will go back to Joe and Professional Foundation Repair as they are trustworthy contractors that do not try to over sell you on repairs.“

He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about.
