Do NOT go here! Especially don't take anything expensive or clothing you value. They ruined my suit jacket by steaming it- jacket lining inside became wrinkly and unable to fix. They refuse to refund, and they kept trying to fix it by ironing it out. They ultimately took it to a different dry cleaners to get it fixed, which was ridiculous and undoable because its permanently damaged. No refund or won't pay for any damage. Reported it to BBB and they were already on the list of place to avoid. Take it down the street. The owner lady is also never there because she has a daytime job somewhere else. This place is a joke

Another zero star review. Do not go here. Worst business I ever dealt with, alterations are horrendous as well. Better not pay with a credit card! I rather pay double vs dealing with people like this!

I guess people only reviews for service business when they have a negative experience? Don't know what people are tripping up on. Had to get multiple items dry cleaned, as well as hemmed. The entire job was finished on time and the people there were really friendly/ kind about their service. I'll be coming back! Tip: small businesses like this one often prefer cash for small transactions, which makes sense since credit card companies charge an arm and a leg. Be kind!
