I am not unhappy for I still am able to be in communication with the original vet and vet tech . I came here to get a second opion on an ongoing digestive problem that my dog has had for 2 and half months . I saw Dr Beddington and she was beyond what I could have ever asked for . The time she spent , the ability to have patience and listen to me with compassion. Place is clean and my experience with Britney was right on point . Recommend highly . “This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. They where so understanding about my dogs anxiety and made us feel welcome, we have taking our dog to other vets in the past that have not believed us or made us feel guilty about our dogs uneasiness and crying in the vets. Can be very embarrassing for us. But this clinic was very understanding and respectful of our concerns. Happy to have finally found a vets office for my dog. They were also respectful of our time. We really appreciate them treating our dog efficiently and with care.“

“I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.“

“I should have written this review a year ago, but I am doing it now because I still remember how fabulous Dr. Grant and her team were to my brother's dog. I was taking care of my brother's dog while he was stationed abroad, and the pup became severely ill to the point that he wouldn't eat ANYTHING, including his favorite treat. I was so worried that I didn't sleep the night before taking him to Dr. Grant the next morning because the pup's breathing was so labored. So, I took him to Dr. Grant, and she was phenomenal with him. Dr. Grant got down on the floor with him and spoke to me while looking only at him. She stroked his head, ears, and neck to put him at ease while assessing him. After a round of tests, Dr. Grant described their treatment plan and to pick him up in four hours. When I returned, the pup was almost already back to himself; he was animated and happy again, ready to play, and his appetite returned. Over the next ten days, the length of time to complete all prescribed medication, he got better and better and returned to 100% himself. I was so grateful for Dr. Grant and her team; they returned my brother's sweet pup to health and put my fears at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Grant to anyone looking for a highly-skilled, personable, and caring veterinarian.“
