I’ve had a lot of plumbers over the years and Roto-Rooter answers the phone, they come when they say that they’ll come, and they get the job done in a prompt manner. That’s it. Once I needed a call back and they did it without any problems. I have not had this experience elsewhere. They’re my go-to plumbers.

David was terrific! He was running a little late but called to let us know. He had the problem solved within a few minutes. When I called the young man answering the phone was personable and helpful.
