Staff here is great. They answer the phones, check the insurance, give accurate estimates and are pleasant to the customer/patient. Back office staff takes their time to explain what is going on and does a great job. This may sound basic but I've come to find out most people don't do their jobs, are not properly trained, unprofessional or just don't care about patients experience any more. I was so glad they were able to get us in quickly as I've been looking for a new dentist. Front and back office are clean. Dr. was great. I have been here a few times, first for a crown and then for a cleaning. Both times staff were very friendly and attentive to making sure I was comfortable during procedures. The crown prep took a long time so they gave me breaks where I could close my mouth and relax my jaw for a bit. Very happy with the experience and results so far! Switched from another dentist I had been going to for 10 years when my insurance changed. Glad to land at Marsh Creek Dental!
