No emergency room, doctors pretty much get you in and get you out. Nearest Emergency Room is in concord and I was told Kaiser accept my insurance for the emergency room with the same coverage. Luckily I called to verify. Place is a money grab. I had blood in my urine and my doctor refused to run test. Went for side pain. I ended up having to go to the emergency room and got hit with a $3800 bill and now I'm being told they select your monthly payment plan. I see why Kaiser reign supreme

The facility itself is fine. Average. But they are making it nearly impossible for me to get my records to my primary care physician. I've filled out forms, I've called phone numbers they gave me (to which I received the message I'd "reached a non-working number for John Muir Health"). Between being inconveniently located for me and being impossible to work with, I am actively attempting to move my business away from John Muir. They seem to know this and are making it incredibly difficult. Responses to inquiries via their online portal come back with unhelpful answers and/or a run around. Thumbs down.

When I asked for a supervisor, due to the disrespectful and unprofessional customer service I received, I spoke with supervisor Miriam who was apologetic and extremely professional as well as polite. She took notes on the situation and rectified things the best she could; which I appreciated. If this review was based on Ms. Miriam's... read full review
