    I recently moved, and after that move, I found that my older Windows 7 desktop would no longer recognize my USB mouse, nor any other mouse I tried. I determined that it had something to do with a driver, but I was unable to successfully apply any driver to get it to work. I contacted Jim and met with him to describe my situation, including what I had already tried. He spent quite a while on it, and in the end, ended up having to reinstall Windows and apply all the updates to bring it up to current (as current as MS gets Windows 7 these days).     Jim did an amazing job replacing my MacBook screen. His communication was fast and efficient as well as the turn around time to get it replaced. Definitely recommend him for all your computer needs!
