Initially went to Natalie for massage and didn't stick with regularly. Went when back muscles were tweaked and she got me back to normal with some great deep tissue massage sessions. Being active she will focus on problem areas I may need to work on but will advise on best maintenance when she feels those are back to normal. It makes a difference with someone so knowledgeable about muscle groupings and different solutions. Only wish i would have found sooner. Thanks!

Came in for a prenatal massage and so glad I did! I have had lower back pain that has left me in tears almost daily, I didn't even realize how tight my shoulders were from carrying my other kids + probably having horrible posture from the pregnancy and the back pain. We carried on a nice conversation the whole time like old friends, that in it self was relaxing! I'm a stay at home mom, so any adult conversation is welcomed in my world! I left feeling so relaxed, I can't wait to schedule my next massage with her. The oils she used smelled amazing.. I will recommend any family member to go to Natalie. I almost didn't want to leave!
