I would recommend the services done at this place. Up to now I have only received nothing but good customer service. Unfortunately today I had a horrible experience when I called to inquire about my appointments. I spoke to a male representative around 7:55 pm on 11/4/22 and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. I shared that I had an appointment for tomorrow but I had not received a reminder like I usually do. He said that it didn’t show I had an appointment. Then he put me on hold for about 10 minutes. Noah is absolutely amazing! I have been going to him for at least 6 months now! He takes the time to learn and understand your body. each visit he remembers the work he has done and makes a progressive plan to make you feel amazing!
They do a solid job here. I love how they great me by name when I walk in. Erica does a lovely job and she’s really great with cupping massage. If you’ve never tried it you have too!
