I was asked to enter my phone number on the pin pad and when I declined, the associate, Gisselle, became rude. I paid with both a gift card and cash. Gisselle handed me the gift card and insisted I peel it myself because she didn’t want to ruin her nails. For both weddings, it was clear that Serena knew what she was doing to make the day run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. On top of that, we all have very different facial features and Serena managed to make us all feel beautiful and confident, even for my friends that can be a little more particular about their makeup.
