“Brandy and Doug have cut my hair through my various hair phases. From super short to now long and half blonde.Last time I visited I asked Brandy to touch up my roots and tone my blonde hair. She did an excellent job and was very courteous of my comfort because I told her I had a bad experience last time I got bleach services at a different salon (I got a chemical burn and was left with scabs all over my scalp).Brandy used a product to help protect my scalp from the bleach, and honored my request to bleach just to the root and not let the bleach sit on my scalp. She was very careful with the application, and used a nice toner that took all the yellow out of my blonde hair. I didn’t feel any burning or irritation from the bleach or toning, and best of all my hair did not fall out :) I’ll definitely be coming back for my routine root touch up services.“

“I was looking for a new hairstylist since mines changed careers. So I went on yelp, google and instagram and somehow found this cute little studio. Contacted Tori via instagram and asked if she is taking any clients at this time which she was so the next available shot she had, I booked with her right away. All I wanted was a haircut because it's been maybe two years since my last cut? Sent her a few photos. She ended up having a cancellation so I got in a day earlier which worked out perfectly because I was available. I was greeted and Tori was super cool, sweet and chill. I told her what I wanted and she did her magic. I loved the haircut! It was simple, not too short but super cute. My hair felt healthier and softer, ugh. I just love it. I will come back! “1st time getting my hair done in a salon.Parking, plenty.My hairdresser was Caroline. Super, uber happy I found her. Welcoming & great. Caroline not only provided a great experience but she taught me a lot about my own hair & maintenance.There was another hairdresser who was equally friendly. Both ladies have great taste in music.The salon is very cute, minimalistic & chic.Didn't get to sit in their waiting area or utilize their restroom. “I was a bridesmaid for one of my best friends weddings and Serena (the owner of L&R) did our makeup, including the bride. Serena also did the makeup for my sister’s wedding last year and we all loved it, so I knew exactly who to recommend! For both weddings, it was clear that Serena knew what she was doing to make the day run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. On top of that, we all have very different facial features and Serena managed to make us all feel beautiful and confident, even for my friends that can be a little more particular about their makeup. “I was worried that my usual hairdresser moved-luckily I had her personal phone number and she moved to Tonic Hair and Nails with a few other people from the old salon it seems! I am very picky and when I stay with a hairdresser, I stay a long time once I find a good one. I only let them touch my hair-lol! My last one was over 20 years (she retired) and it took me a long time to find another one I would let touch my hair! I am pretty vain when it comes to my hair! I finally found NAZ. She gives good advice and tells me gently what will work and what won't with my type of fine hair. I am conservative and won't go too wild with my hair and she knows that, but I like lightening it up during the summer and go slightly darker during the fall/winter time. She does a wonderful job and is patient with me. She is very nice and kind too which is just a cherry on top. But even with all those positive characteristics, it really comes down to the skill and how my hair turns out and then my second would be the price. I attached a picture of my hair (she does a great job, but for some reason I can never get it to look like that after the first few days-like I am so challenged when it comes to beauty stuff lol! So I NEED a good start off! I wish I had NAZ by my side all the time lol!). I always complain about the price of beauty stuff, hair, nails, etc and then I hear the prices my daughters and their friends pay like WTH, my gal is soooo much more reasonable compared to all of the crazy prices they are paying! If mine ever reaches those prices, I will just have to figure out how to cut my own hair on youtube-lol! So I am THANKFUL and GRATEFUL that I have NAZ who after trying so many after my other gal retired that I am soooo glad I found her! I LOVE NAZ and no one else is touching my hair!“
