wish there was a zero rating. I ordered my child's photographs with retouching for an extra fee. they sent me unretouched photos. when I contacted them, they offered to refund the retouching fee only. I DONT WANT THE UNRETOUCHED PHOTOS. Rhey are refusing to refund my money or replace the order unless I send the original photos back AT MT EXPENSE. Why would I do that, just so they can throw them away? They also refused to provide a shipping label. This is beyond ridiculous. All I'm asking for is what I originally ordered. This back and forth arguing over e-mail is ludicrous. I have two students who each have three more years of high school. you can bet I won't be ordering any more school photographs. instead I'll get my own taken. They can have their pathetic pictures!

We took our 7mo. Old baby here for pictures today. When we arrived to the location we thought it's in a very nice area! There's a door with a sign studio on it, so we knew where to go! Jennifer greeted us at the door, she was nice and down to earth. We had a non smiling baby and Jennifer tried getting her to smile, she was very nice to our baby and was easy to talk to! Her studio was nice and organized ,her backyard for outdoor photo was nice as well! I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!

Our daughter was graduating this year and it was time for her Senior pictures. The school's photos seemed staged and expensive for what you got. It was a milestone moment and we wanted it done right. We decided to use Generations Photography. Jennifer exceeded our expectations! She has a great studio with plenty of backgrounds. Jennifer was patient and made our daughter feel very comfortable during the shoot. The final photos came out fantastic! We felt the photos captured our daughter's personality. I highly recommend Jennifer if you need a professional photographer.
